You deserve love that feels like home.

It’s time to build it.

About you

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You default to “I’m the problem” whenever there’s friction, because that’s the message you’ve internalized from years and years of not ‘fitting in’.

  • You feel guilty for having needs at all – like wanting things from the people you love makes you a burden.

  • You spend so much energy managing how you come across that you don’t know what ‘authentic’ even means.

  • You've done the work – the books, the podcasts, the therapy – and you still don't feel like yourself in your relationships.

  • You love your partner but it feels more like roommates than real connection – and you're lonely in a way you can't quite explain.

Before you keep going, I need you to know…

!! This is not your typical ADHD coaching program.

This might not be for you if you are…

  • Only looking for productivity tricks, habit trackers, or to be told how to schedule your week.

  • Not ready to look inward and be an honest, active participant in your own growth.

  • Expecting a quick fix, rather than subtle shifts that stack over time.

If none of these sounded like you – great!

Here’s what I know to be true…

The type of relationship you deeply desire is not built by setting reminders to reply to texts or being less impulsive with who you choose to date.

It’s created by doing the deep work of self-understanding, self-trust, and becoming the loving protector of your own heart that you probably never had.

True partnership will surface all of the skeletons in your closet – it will repeatedly show you where you need to grow.

So, we have to face the parts of ourselves that we’ve long since forgotten or avoided – we must build our capacity for discomfort when it matters most.

This doesn’t mean every coaching session has to be ‘hard’ or super deep, but it does mean that when hidden patterns show up you choose to get curious and explore.

If this lands, I’d love to be your guide.

☻ Hi, I’m
Connor

I'm a coach, neurodivergent ally, and someone who spent a long time believing that relationships were meant to be ‘hard’.

I've stumbled through relationships, done a lot of hard and humbling inner work, and wound up somewhere that genuinely surprises me – in love that feels safe, real, and like home.

I bring that lived experience into every session alongside training in coaching, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and neurodivergent-affirming practice.

My goal isn't to fix you. It's to walk alongside you while you remember who you actually are.

  • ICF-Level 2 Certified Professional Coach – 175 hrs (Thriving Coach Academy)

Group Facilitator – 200+ hrs (Arka Brotherhood)

Conscious Relationship Training Levels 1-3 – 140+ hrs (Phil T. Mistlberger)

Foundations of Neurodivergent-Affirming Practice (Kory Andreas)

Nervous System Regulation & Embodiment Strategies (Linda Thai)

    Breathwork Facilitator in-training (SoulSpring Wellness)

Nervous System Regulation Practitioner in-training (Institute of Applied Somatics)

Your first session is free.

The best way to know if coaching with me is right for you isn't to read more about it – it's to experience it. A sample session allows you to do just that.

We'll spend some time getting to know each other, and then go wherever feels most useful to you. This could be a mini coaching session on something real that's happening in your life right now, or maybe it’s a conversation about my approach and whether it fits what you're looking for.

You will leave with something (maybe multiple things!) – a new angle on a pattern you've been stuck in; a sense of what this work actually feels like; clarity on whether we're a good fit to work together.

What to expect:

  • 45 minutes on Zoom

  • You choose the format – coaching, conversation, or both

  • No pressure, no sales pitch at the end

  • A taste of the type of work we can do together
